ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a dedicated Enrolment Specialist to join our team in Wellington. As a key member of the MAP team, you will be responsible for providing invaluable support to our members, potential members, and internal staff across various enrollment and admission activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Offer guidance on membership pathways and program enrolment processes.
• Assess and evaluate applications for membership and program admission.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Member Support, ICT, Careers Engagement, and Account Managers.
• Provide exceptional support to members and students from diverse industries and backgrounds.
